Greetings!
My name is Jason Barker, and I am a user experience designer, musician, and untamed hobbyist.

I live just outside of Charlotte, NC, where I live in a multigenerational home with my wife, my eleven-year-old son, my retired parents, and two torbie cats.
​
I am an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I earned my degree in Biology.
After college, I decided to apply what I had learned about the scientific method and human behavior to the creation of digital user experiences. Since then, I've discovered that I use the same principles in nearly everything I touch, which drives me toward creative hobbies.

I enjoy building things, writing stories and music, repairing and upgrading jeeps, 3D printing, knifemaking, and about a dozen other things at any particular moment.
